Todd Pooler
Helping buyers and sellers make confident real estate decisions in Surprise, Arizona.
Real estate decisions are rarely just about a house. They often involve a new job, retirement, relocation, growing family, investment or major life transition.
I’m Todd Pooler, a Surprise-based Realtor, retired U.S. Army Senior NCO, Military Relocation Professional and longtime sales and business leader serving buyers and sellers throughout the Northwest Valley.
I combine local market knowledge, skilled negotiation, project management and clear communication to help you understand your options, protect your interests and move forward with confidence.

“Listen carefully, communicate honestly and build a strategy around your goals—not around pressure or a one-size-fits-all sales process.”
Todd Pooler
What Clients Can Expect
Buying or selling a home is a significant financial decision. My goal is to provide knowledgeable guidance, honest communication and direct representation from our first conversation through closing.
Property values and buyer priorities can change between nearby communities. I help clients compare neighborhoods, recent sales, current competition, amenities and ownership considerations throughout the Northwest Valley.
Every recommendation should support your goals—not simply move a transaction forward. You receive straightforward guidance, realistic expectations and a clear explanation of available options.
Price is only one part of an agreement. Financing, inspections, repairs, concessions, appraisal terms, timing and risk must work together to support the outcome you need.
Real estate involves deadlines, documents, inspections, lenders, title professionals and moving parts. I organize the process so important responsibilities and decisions stay visible.
You should not have to wonder what is happening or what comes next. I provide direct updates, explain decisions in plain language and remain available when questions arise.
Military and business leadership shaped my commitment to preparation, integrity, follow-through and calm problem-solving when a transaction becomes complicated.

Experience Behind the Representation
Every stage of my career has shaped the way I serve clients today. My background combines military leadership, business development, sales operations, organizational growth and more than a decade of residential real estate.
My U.S. Army career developed my discipline, accountability, communication and ability to solve complex problems while remaining focused under pressure. Today, that experience also helps me understand the realities of PCS moves, military relocation and major life transitions.
Leading teams and improving sales systems strengthened my skills in strategic planning, training, negotiation, execution and organizational change.
Real estate brought those skills together in a client-focused role where careful listening, local knowledge and organized execution directly affect important life decisions.
Today, my business is built around personal representation, informed strategy and a commitment to treating every client’s goals and transaction individually.
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management, earned Magna Cum Laude.
Leadership and business experience support the work clients feel every day: preparation, communication, negotiation, deadline management and problem-solving.
Personalized Real Estate Guidance
Every client arrives with a different combination of priorities, experience, timing and risk. I build the strategy around the decisions you actually need to make.
Compare neighborhoods, homes, financing considerations, inspections, contract terms and complete ownership costs.
Develop a property-specific plan for pricing, preparation, professional marketing, offer evaluation and closing.
Organize remote research, community comparisons, focused visits, video tours and the timing of a move to or from Arizona.
Compare age-qualified communities, home styles, recreation, fees, golf, lifestyle and resale considerations.
Evaluate builders, base pricing, options, incentives, contracts, inspections and representation before registering or touring models.
Receive representation from a fellow veteran who understands VA home purchases, PCS moves, military relocation, Luke AFB and the practical considerations that can come with service-related moves.
Military and veteran clients may be balancing VA financing, PCS timelines, relocation logistics, commute considerations, new construction and long-term housing goals at the same time. My military background and local real estate experience help me approach those decisions with an understanding of both the move and the mission behind it.
Surprise and the Northwest Valley
Surprise offers established neighborhoods, growing master-planned communities, new construction, golf, active-adult living and specialized properties such as pool and RV-garage homes.
The surrounding Northwest Valley expands those choices through Sun City, Sun City West, Buckeye and nearby communities. I help clients compare the practical differences that affect daily life, ownership costs and long-term fit.

A Clear Client Experience
You do not need to have every detail figured out before reaching out. The first conversation is about understanding your situation and organizing the questions that will shape the right next step.
Start with your goals, concerns, timing and the decisions you are trying to make.
Organize the market information, options, priorities and sequence that fit your situation.
Coordinate the search or sale, negotiations, deadlines, professionals and transaction details.
Remain a local real-estate resource after closing and as your plans change in the future.
Client Experiences
The best measure of service is how clients describe the experience after the transaction is complete.
“Todd and his staff helped to make sure we were not taken advantage of and that the other agencies were held to their contractual obligations… Todd helped us navigate those issues with exceptional professionalism and made sure we were ultimately able to close.”Kris Carrasco
“We ended up getting 5k over our asking price… He was super responsive. He never made me feel pressured and even told me multiple times when he didn't feel a home was a good investment. He was 100% honest and you can't find that everywhere!”Yvette Wong
“His knowledge of the market and recommendations on what we should do to make our home more appealing helped us go from day one on the market to close of escrow in less than 65 days. Both transactions were extremely stress-free, excellent communication all the way around, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience.”Paul B.
