     "My wife and I bought a new house last November and picked Realtor Todd Pooler to be our agent for our new purchase as well as selling our current home. based on his great online reviews. We can certainly confirm that his reviews are perfect for a reason. We encountered numerous difficulties with both the agencies representing the seller's for the new home we were buying as well as with the family we were selling our older home to. Todd and his staff helped to make sure we were not taken advantage of and that the other agencies were held to their contractual obligations.

     While moving is never a pleasurable experience, especially when dealing with less than reputable parties, Todd Pooler made sure we were always taken care of and were in the best possible position at all times throughout the entire process. There were many times where it looked like the entire deal was going to fall apart due to lack of professionalism on the part of the other agencies involved, but Todd helped us to navigate those issues with exceptional professionalism and made sure we were ultimately able to close on our old house and finalize the purchase on the new home.

     We sold our old home for far more than we anticipated while paying much less for the home we were purchasing. I am certain that there are not many agents that would have fought to protect the interests of their clients to anywhere near the extent Todd did for my family. I am looking forward to working with him in any future real estate ventures for my family as well as continuing to recommend him to anyone else that values exceptional service, honesty, and dedication from their realtor!!"

     "Todd is fantastic at networking and advertising your home. My husband was really skeptical about selling our home. He assumed we would need to do some upgrades and he also thought we wouldn't get nearly as much as our realtor was listing for. We ended up getting 5k over our asking price.

     We sold our home for the same price another home down the street sold with the same layout, sq footage and it had many upgrades. I credit this to Todd's work ethic and networking skills. Half the people who viewed our home came because their realtor showed them our home specifically. Todd reached out to a number of realtors to get our home out there.

     The first week we had THREE offers. He is so knowledgeable and such a hard worker. We also bought a home with the help of Todd. Let me tell you, I would text this guy an hour before I wanted to see 1-5 homes and he'd set it all up, ASAP. He was super responsive. He never made me feel pressured and even told me multiple times when he didn't feel a home was a good investment. He was 100% honest and you can't find that everywhere!"
